Vesta Analytics is a market intelligence service published by Vesta Settlements, a title and settlement company serving Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia. The service publishes statistics derived from ratified purchase contracts, reported as shares and trends.

Figures published on this site are aggregates. No individual transaction is identifiable.

Accounts

Certain features, including Ask the Market and the archive, require a free account. Accounts are created with an email address and accessed through a sign-in link delivered to that address.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Registration information must be accurate.

Acceptable use

You may use published figures, including shareable graphics, in client communications, listing presentations, and social media, with attribution to Vesta Analytics.

You may not scrape, bulk-download, or reproduce the site in whole; attempt to identify individual transactions from aggregate figures; misrepresent published figures; or interfere with the operation of the service.

AI-generated answers

Ask the Market generates answers with an artificial intelligence system. Answers are drawn solely from aggregate contract data published on this site, and each answer identifies its source.

AI-generated answers may contain errors or omissions. They are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or other professional advice. Figures should be verified against the published dashboard before being relied upon in any transaction or client decision.
