Who publishes this site

Vesta Analytics is published by Vesta Settlements, a title and settlement company serving Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia. Red Dog AI operates the site on its behalf.

What we collect

Registration collects a full name, a work email address, and a brokerage name. These are the only personal details the site asks for.

Signing in creates an authentication session held in your browser. Standard server logs record request details such as the address of the page requested and the time of the request.

Questions submitted to Ask the Market are processed to produce an answer and may be retained in operational logs.

Why we collect it

Registration details identify your account, open the features reserved for account holders, and allow the Monday Brief to be delivered to you by email.

Vesta Settlements also uses registration details to contact agents about its title and settlement services. Providing them is voluntary; an account is not required to view the public figures.

The published figures

Published statistics are aggregates derived from ratified purchase contracts. They are shares and trends only. No individual transaction, party, address, or price is published, and no consumer of a real estate transaction is identifiable from anything on this site.

Who it is shared with

Registration details are shared with Vesta Settlements and with the service providers that operate this site: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and the provider of the language model that writes interpretation and answers.

Registration details are not sold, and they are not shared with advertising networks.

Email

The Monday Brief is sent to account holders. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately without closing your account.

Retention

Registration details are retained for as long as the account remains open, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy of your registration details, ask that they be corrected, or ask that your account and details be deleted. Requests are handled through the contact information published at vestasettlements.com.

Residents of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia may have additional rights under applicable state law; those rights are honoured on request.

Security

Accounts are protected by the authentication service used by this site. Access to registration details is limited to Vesta Settlements and Red Dog AI personnel who need it.
